ACC comish John Swofford (retiring exactly when?) made a leap of faith by thinking the big mighty SEC wanted to keep the four ACC rivalries. They did not. So ACC teams were left with an eleven game schedule which, for Pitt, is now a ten game schedule.
Lyke has a lot of work to do on deadline. How many fans are allowed into Heinz Field to watch the Panthers? How are season tickets being handled. Stick with ten games and be ready for the first home game. If Lyke feels she must add a game, schedule a scrimmage. It's unlikely more than 20,000 would be allowed in anyway.
To survive this season, flexibility is the key as US virus infections climb into the milliions. Like the poster stated, play RMU or Slippery Rock. The eleventh game turns out to be Swofford's joke after all.
