Pitt special vs we didn’t know the college hash marks were different than in the NFL

The Pitt Special made me think of the loss @Ohio U in Wanny’s first season and the almost surreal admission by the OC (Cav) that they were practicing using the wrong hash marks thus the Interception.

Other than the run Canada had Pitt on, it’s been a long time since I felt like Pitt’s offense is innovative.

It’s still crazy to me Whipple called that play and it worked. Makes me wonder what else they have up their sleeves.

It would be funny if the first play vs Delaware is the same set up as the Pitt special but they run something simple out of it- like the RB just keeps the ball for a wildcat run.
