Did that really happen? I just figured that they decided to go separate schools.I'm sure Julian Champagnie will have a little extra juice against the guy that didn't want him, but his brother.

Read the following article. I'm "pretty sure", you are wrong.Capel could've had him.
They both were class of 2021, but Capel convinced them to go class of 2020.
Justin was in.. and then I'm pretty sure Julian wanted to stay back another year and wait until 2021.
Then St. John's came knocking and took him in 2020.
I'm not sure how it all played out, but both at one point wanted to come in 2020 and we obviously only took Justin.

Once set to star with his brother at Pitt, Julian Champagnie is thriving on his own at St. John's
There’s an alternate reality, one that’s not particularly far-fetched, in which Julian Champagnie would be entering Pitt’s game Saturday...www.post-gazette.com
Your side and then the accurate side.man you really got me.
two sides to every story.
Indeed. Two sides.man you really got me.

Indeed. Two sides.
I always heard he was coming to Pitt for sure but something went astray. Perhaps the explanation is as simple what comes from the horses mouth.
I completely heard he offered them together. I believe what I heard.Capel didn't want him in the same class as Justin. Julian was a lowly ranked recruit, more of a mid-major level guy. When a few other options fell through and he reclassified to his brother's class, Capel offered him but it was too little too late. Had he offered them both together, he'd be here.

Maybe but I heard he didn't want Julian for that class and he was rated so lowly, I remember people on here saying we couldn't afford to take him.
So as to fret about how hard Julian is going to play today. If he plays really really tough Pitt may lose a game they can win, but if he merely plays real tough Pitt may be able to turn it into a one possession game, in which case it will come down to coaching, and with hidden vigorish, Pitt's staff will pull it out. So if Julian feels he was esteemed as highly as his brother, Pitt win's, if Julian feels dissed, Pitt still wins in a close one.why are we even debating this?

DT, it's the best i could do.
Here's a novel thought. How about for this issue we just take what THE PLAYER SAID HIMSELF as the reason he choose to go elsewhere! Instead of what your second cousins, neighbors, sister said!!Maybe but I heard he didn't want Julian for that class and he was rated so lowly, I remember people on here saying we couldn't afford to take him.
