Pitt Ticket Prices

I just went on the website to look at tickets assuming it was almost sold out for the Syracuse game because stubhub was 70 dollars a ticket. I can't believe the cheapest ticket to get in the door is $65. Isn't that a bit high? I feel if the individual tickets were a bit cheaper they would sell the games out.
