Tough loss .......

Pitt now 4-5 and we start ACC play next weekend with a 3 game series at North Carolina ...... we are going to have to get better to compete in the ACC !

I'm going to go out on a very small limb and say get ready for a tough season. The competition this weekend was quality, but not great by any means. Not one of those pitchers we faced looked like they had great stuff. Getting only ONE extra base hit on three games is pathetic no matter how you look at it. On top of that we are experimenting with pitchers as our Sunday starter hasn't made it past two innings yet. One positive, today's losing pitcher Hobie Harris actually looked really strong.

Yeah, Hobie looked like a weapon vs. SC Upstate as well. Very pleased with that addition.
