Looks like Capel and the boys didn't learn anything from the humiliating loss to Miss. St. No defense, turnovers, no energy.
Dude, this VT team looks like a bunch of goofballs they found passed out on random benches around campus. How is this even a game?

We're probably still going to win this game, but this has been pretty darn ugly thus far. Hard to understand coming off of the bad loss to MSU. We look flat, unfocused and without purpose to anything we are doing.
GDG now has 3 turnovers. 0-3 from 3. Allowed 2 3-point shots from smaller guy on the perimeter. He needs to be on the bench.
Leggett has been a net negative player the last few games. He is forcing his offense way too much. For every good play he makes, he is making 1-2 bad decisions.
You can't lose an NBA lottery pick plus one of the top 3pt shooters in the nation who was also a key team leader and expect to remain at the same level, much less improve.
The twins are awful. Can’t hit the ocean. Weak on defense and in the boards.

Pitt has no off-ball movement. Their entire offense is driving off ball screens. If that gets slowed down they have no answer
I’ve defended Capel for seven years. Given him time to build.

None. I hate the NBA and we're being forced to watch an NBA offense. It has proven to be easy to defend since Pitt doesnt have many, if any, actual NBA players
Pitt looks sluggish and unprepared. No energy, too many turnovers, lack of defense....again. And this is against a bad VT team. What have they been doing since the Miss. St. game? Playing video games?
Honestly, JC better ream living sh** out of this team at halftime because this has been an inexcusable performance today. Utter goddam garbage. I'm honestly pissed off with this effort today. Freakin' embarrassing half against a bad basketball team.

Maybe the wins we have were an illusion or lucky and this team is really closer to a 0.500 team overall. I'll reserve judgement until I see what they do in the second half. If they don't blow the doors off this VT team, this is going to be a long season after a promising start.
