That is an absolutely awful call. Alvarado put his arm over top of Johnson, otherwise Johnson wouldn't have touched him.

I disagree. Alvardo was reaching over Johnson's shoulder to try to pull him back. It was clearly and obviously a foul on Alvardo, and the refs bought Alvarado's bullshit and gave him a call.
How often do you see refs change a call like that ?
It’s one thing to see the refs immediately get together and discuss the call but this one was initiated because Alvarado whined and they went to the video replay. Total bull shit
When was the last time you saw a hook and hold called on anything other than a rebound, let alone on an offensive player coming off a screen and pulling away from the defender? Johnson didn't want to hold Alvarado to him there, he was trying to (and succeeding) pull away from him.

Every time we pass the ball to Coulibaly at the top of the key the whole offense completely grinds to a halt. It's as if the other four guys all say "hmm, I wonder what he's going to do with it out there" and they all stand around to watch the show.

I will say that the only T I ever got was for saying "and one" after I hit a shot, so I cannot say it is unheard of ... but it doesn't seem like the refs are calling it like that kind of game. You can't let other players say things to refs but then selectively call that one.
