Pitt vs VA Game Thread

Eli was great to start the season because he was young and fearless. Playing behind this O-line long enough has made him aware that he might get killed back there. He now fears for his life on every dropback. Now after two concussions and Nate behind this O-line, our fate is sealed at 7-5.

The checks must had cleared two weeks ago because the team quit playing ever since

Pitt has played hard tonight, they just haven't played well. Young QB has hit the proverbial wall. Offense has left too many plays out there. ...got a punt blocked, momentum changed and now we're trying to play from behind with the backup.

Ok clown shoes.
Eli wore clown shoes the whole first half and much of the 3rd Q. Big red nose and big white gloves too. 🤡 Some of us were crazy enough to think he should sit a series or two when he and the offense were in the midst of their misery in the first half, they couldn’t do anything, why not give Yarn a chance. Not some permanent move, unless it worked of course-but sit Eli for a minute for his own good, see what Yarn could do, and go from there. Now after Eli was decapitated we see that Yarn would not have done anything with his chance. But now we’re apparently stuck with him.

Eli is not effective. Yarn is worse. Either way we’re screwed. There you have it. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤡🥸🤡🥸

What the hell? These guys went from catching everything to Dwight Stone in an instant.

That was on Nate. Botched the RPO when the run wasn’t there. Didn’t read the D before the snap. Could have had a TD to Barth if he had read it. I guess thats why he’s a 4th year backup.
He would have dropped it

Its ridiculous that if we win, we'll be ranked in the top 15 fir the playoff.

He had 1 hand holding on his jersey. No way he pulled him to the ground like that with 1 hand. Guy slipped but only 1 replay of course.
