He didn't get a technical and he did get the and 1 because the WCU player cut right under him while he was up in the air. That was the kind of play that if the player doesn't have the rim to hang onto for a second or two they could really get hurt.

I doubt the WCU player did that on purpose, but if he did that was a dirty play.
