That gives them a first round bye. They'll play the winner of the #10 NC State/#15 Va Tech game on Thursday. This is the same Pitt team that was picked to finish 15th...dead last. One win in the ACC Tournament should solidly put them in the Big Dance. Suzie said after the game today that if they somehow don't make it to the NCAA's, then they'll more than likely host a WNIT game. If she doesn't win ACC Coach of the Year, then the whole award is a sham. What she's done with this team is nothing short of incredible. The adjustments that she implements at half are so good, it's mind boggling. She gets every ounce of talent out of these girls. And no team plays harder.
