The reason why I did not go to the game today. I knew this was going to be the outcome because I have been disappointed every year since 1988 with a bad loss. That is why the stadium looked empty. And this fan base is so scarce. The marginal fans don’t want to be consistently disappointed. Firing Narduzzi won’t change much. It’s a catch 22. Win and get the fans. But need the fans to get the recruits. I am so sickened by the Aholes to the east of us and how easily they continue the cult going. It’s the same reason why Pitt will never be better than average.
