PSU losing another commit... this time to Stanford

My friend's nephew was offered a scholarship for hoops to Stanford, Cal, and NC State. Several others too, but those were the final three. He chose Cal and is the starting PG there now (Sam Singer).

So people with offers to Stanford sometimes choose other places.

Not much difference academically between Cal and Stanford. I think Cal is the #1 public school in the country.
