All ACC teams have talent. Upsets do occur.

Clemson lost to Louisvlle. Virginia was a missed "great" look away from losing to ND.

(Clemson and Virginia are not locks on Saturday.)

I mean ND at least beat MSU, but no excuse for FSU when they lost to power houses Stetson and Sienna. They are derserving of quad 4 status.
