Why is a foul if you hit a jump shooters hand AFTER he released the ball but not a foul on a follow thrum after a block?

It is also a foul if the driver and the defender are both in the air and the defender contacts the driver with his body. Fouls aren't just up above with the hands and arms. But again, not today though. At least vs WVU anyways.

If the defender goes straight up then no, it is not a foul. Way too many people don't understand that.
The 2 handed block Konate made was an excellent play by him. The ones where he bumps his chest into someone as he raises his hands should be fouls on him. Add in the time where he was inside the circle and should have had a block called on him. Konate got away with a lot, and should have been fouled out.

Konate also made a clean block on Trey on a layup where he came from behind, but he came down on top of Trey and Trey fell to the ground in a heap. No foul was called. You cannot block a guy clean and then run his body over in the aftermath, without committing a foul, but the referees were to busy loving on Konate.

Was that the one where he pushed Trey after the play right in front of the ref and nothing was done?

Not certain, he blocked, I mean he fouled Trey at least 4 times on drives where they were not called. I do recall the push, but not sure which non-call it was after.
