a friend of mine and family is going to the game tonight. They haven't been to aPitt game before. She asked me if there is a "dry" place to tailgate. I've never tailgated myself so I have no idea what to tell her. Under a bridge or something?

There's parking under a few underpasses. Just gotta be lucky and look for them.

It depends on the lot. Do they have a parking pass? If not, the tailgating options are very slim.
