Was All American halfback on the 1963 no bowl team. Came in as a QB and switched to halfback. Played defensive back in the pros. Went on to graduate from law school and become an executive for the Penguins.

Sorry to learn of his passing. He had an impressive post-football career. I believe in his later years he was afflicted by a severe case of dementia, and the rapid decline made me wonder if it was football-related.

He was a great athlete! When he left the Steelers he went to Denver and played DB. Proud Pitt Man! RIP!
