They had how many injuries on their offensive line? As has been mentioned, they wouldn't have been starters if ND was fully healthy (this past season or this coming season). I'm sure they are better than the aforementioned three guys, but, again... we're talking about Gabe Houy talent, here, give or take.
No, we're really not. If you said Stefano Millin, that's closer. Either of these guys would be a significant instant upgrade at Pitt.

ND finished top 5 in P4 in rushing yardage this season, top 15 last year when both players were also starters, Coogan was a guard but had to move to tackle this season due to an injury.

This recurring suggestion that this one-time national top 75 recruit who started 23 games for a team that went 24-5 with a natty appearance during that timeframe wouldn’t instantly upgrade Pitt’s OL is just ridiculous. Let me repeat-Spindler would be the best OL on Pitt’s roster the minute he set foot on campus, and second place wouldn’t be particularly close.
