It was brought up by @H2P_412 in a group text of ours. If you can get a guarantee great hire (Miller is the name I’ll use since he’s always brought up) then you let HCJC go ASAP. If not, then you have to suck it up and keep him. You can’t do a 15 million dollar buyout for a Medved or Gates. You have to do the 15M for someone that can make an instant impact. Not something that’ll take 2-3 years.
Now if you wait a year and let it get down to 5M, then you obviously have any option you want. But, Idt you can do a 15M buyout for someone like a Medved. It was probably the smartest and most rational thing I’ve heard on this. Very good, Kev.
