Temple has an opening on Sept 12. They were scheduled to play the Idaho Vandals, but was canceled. Army has lost 5 games with conferences that are not playing out of conference games. Discuss....

I think we should play a tuneup game like RMU since they have an opening on that day as well. We have a tough schedule in the new lineup so RMU could be a game where we get a lot of action for backups as well because every team will need depth if there are any breakouts . Temple was a bit down last year but they are a physical team and with the circumstances surrounding this year I would prefer a local team that I am sure would jump at the offer. RMU is starting to schedule up as well. I want no part of Army with style of play they employ. Don’t need any more attrition on the defensive line before the league starts. I jus t hope there is a season but with the events of the past few days and the virus spread I am not overly optimistic.
