Seriously, the OC needs to go after the season

I'm not impressed with him. I know we lost Conner but the OL was supposed to be a strength. The running game has struggled all year.

I've said from the beginning that Chaney was the only bad hire by Narduzzi. He's a washed up fat, p.o.s. coordinator. I hate this shotgun crap.

WOW WAS THAT HORRIBLE PLAY CALLING BY CHANEY AFTER THAT PUNT BLOCK. 1ST DOWN FINE, A 5 YARD GAIN BUT 2ND AND 5 AND ANOTHER RUN UP THE MIDDLE?? 3RD DOWN SUCKED TOO. GUY IS KILLING US.

I think #37 should be breaking more tackles than what he does. Ollison is his name I believe, offensive line isn't doing that bad but some of it has to fall on the running back's shoulders, to make guys miss. #5 definitely doesn't break tackles.

Playing James for whatever reason might have worked, but all runs for him were between the tackles. He just lacks power, as soon as he's hit, he's stopped. Getting him to the outside might have opened things up.

You really love to stick up for mediocre performers.

Some people have to be contrarian. The defense and special teams have improved with this staff. The offense has regressed and was supposed to be a strength. We're not getting the most out of them.

I didn't like the Chaney hire from the beginning. Here's why:

Narduzzi has built his defense based on simplicity.
Chaney is the exact opposite. Pro-style progression based offense with lots of plays. There was a radio interview from an Arkansas guy back in the winter saying all 11 guys wouldn't know the play/formation in year 1 at Arkansas.
The problem with Chaney and his offense is if we fall behind we have no chance. We don't stretch the field vertically even though we have the best WR in the country. We keep running pitch plays into the boundary with our big RB.
PITT needs to open up the offense. I didn't like Narduzzi's comments this week when asked about the vertical passing game. Responded that if we miss we are in 2nd and 10. That's an extremely pessimistic perspective.

Hopefully Chaney hits the road after this year.

The defense hasn't been very good at all the last 3 games. Again, it lack of talent. We have ONE dynamic skill position player on out entire roster. I'm not sure what you expect. Any offense with the talent deficiencies we have will get exposed, regardless of philosophy, system, or play calling.
