I already just flat out love this team more than last years. There seems to be an energy to the team and around the program that was left for dead last year. Even just watching the difference in athlete from the first game last year which I believe was a loss to Navy, seems at least to be on the right trajectory even if they aren't going to have a significantly better record.
I thought we lacked for 3 point shooting and rebounding but these guards are fun to watch and can score.
Toney seems to be a good rebounder for a guard, including a third of our offensive boards.
McGowens is fun to watch, seems to be a legit scorer.
I'm not sure who Johnson reminds me of but the stat line seemed very Krause-esque w 16-6-5.
