Did I say that he did? I simply stated that there is a culture at Penn State where this sort of thing happens. This such culture was mentioned in the Freeh Report. The report is mentioned in my post as a reference backing up my statement that there is a culture there. No where in my statement did I say Freeh had anything to do with what happened.

Freeh blamed the "culture" at PSU for prioritizing football over what Sandusky was doing. That was not an indictment of fan behavior. It was directed at the leadership of the school. So yeah, you are at least conflating things. Ask yourself who is defending the people making the death threats. The answer is nobody. It's not the same.
