An advantage to calling them earlier is that if you get a turnover, you still have one left, and the ball. Not likely, of course. But maybe worth it.

Yeah, either that or if they throw an incomplete pass. Which is why I would have probably called them earlier. But with the way that it actually played out, they saved the maximum amount of time possible by calling them the way that they did.

Eh. They have talent. But they aren’t UGA or Bama.

Their offense can kinda hold them back a little at times with the system they run and the amount of plays they waste forcing the run. And that helps to keep games closer against weaker talent teams.

Throw in some bad turnover luck and a really bad overturn and that’s what you get.

The really sad thing here is this is probably the last year we even get the chance at a Cinderella.

All TCU has to beat this year is one elite recruiting power in the playoffs.

Next year probably the playoffs will be stacked with Top 10 recruiting classes.

Pulling off one miracle won’t be enough, and becomes impossible at that point.
