Around the 74 minute mark.

Just a quick summary:

- In his one on one with Swofford, and also talking
to others within the ACC, they are not concerned much with the ESPN cost cutting
measures. With their talks with ESPN, ESPN feels this would be a money maker,
start up and continuing costs would be minimal as they would share the ESPNU and
SECNetwork studios/offices etc, so while their would be costs, ESPN feels this
investment would generate revenues for both them and the ACC.

- Teel,
and just his opinion from talking to people, feels 2017 is the likely launch
target, and when asked about if that goal is reached, when would it be
announced, he said (and just his opinion) that the announcement would probably
come sometime mid to late next year so their is the PR push. Don't expect
anything immininent.

- Stated Swofford is VERY tight lipped and has a
tight knit inner circle. Said Swofford learned lessons after the messy
expansion back in 2003 and 2004 with VT, Miami and BC. Said that no one was
even really speculating the additions of Pitt and Cuse when they occurred and it
didn't break until the night before.

- To that point, he told a story
of talking to Jack Swarbick, ND's AD and that during the ND negotiations, he
told Swofford he was expecting leaks. Swofford stated that there would be no
leaks. Swarbick said "but we are ND, there are always leaks" and Swofford
assured there would be none on his side, and there weren't. Swarbick said from
there, he knew Swofford works very close to the vest, won't announce anything
until it is complete, and the people that know don't say anything.

-
When asked about timing, Teel said there are legit reasons. Said now, the ACC
is playing from a much stronger position than a few years ago. Said there was
no GOR, UMD just left, and FB was at a historic low. Now there is a GOR in
place, membership is very stable, and FB is playing strong. Also, the ACC
expanded their footprint, which it was more compact before.

- Said that
he has no idea the amount of money it would bring in. Said he believes with
stronger FB, the footprint, and having strong BB and Olympic sports, it should
entice cable companies to carry the channel, but don't expect to hit SEC/BIG
numbers.

- With regard to the SEC/BIG, Teel said that he does not forsee
the ACC catching them, but that is ok. The key is to close the gap, continue to
generate revenues, and don't fall too far behind. All members are on board and
understand that (and from president/AD interviews, they need to remain in the
ballpark, not be at the top). And that is why he feels this network is
important, from a revenue standpoint and perception/exposure standpoint.

- He then goes on about VT and Frank Beamer and stuff. That is when I
turned off. But he is one of the few people that get a glimpse of Swofford/the
ACC's inner circle. He said he typically gets a more open and insightful
interview than most, but they are still very guarded.
