UNC and Clemson battling for solid footing in the basement this weekend?

I just really hope Pitt doesn’t do what they did last year: 2-2 ACC start with 2 good wins followed by that disgraceful losing streak, losing all the close games even to other lower level ACC opponents. And I don’t think it’ll come to that.

Pitt realistically if they can play like they did in the first 10-12 minutes of the game Saturday against Wake and like they did in the 2nd half last night against UNC they can easily go 4-1 in their next 5 games they have at Miami, at home against Louisville, UNC, and Boston College, and at Syracuse. Pitt can easily be 15-5 and 6-3 in the ACC going into Duke on January 28th if they play like they are capable these next 5 games.

Which is exactly why Pitt needs to win the winnable games (WF) that are ahead of them. Minus the few upper echelon teams, Pitt can get into the top 10, for sure. The big thing is, will Pitt play like they did in the 2nd half or not? They need complete games, not just 20-25 minutes of good ball.
