I will be postings more on current Criminal Pre-Trial Developments and Sandusky's Post Conviction Appeal coming up as well as Civil Lawsuits Developments on recent release of horrific unseal allegations. For now, at Penn State this is still about the divisions among divisiveness among Old Penn State Alumni and Future Penn State Students that will be Alumni? Here is a synopsis on those issues and it is really about the dispute of the statue return and honoring if one cares about the true reality still dividing Penn State?
Paterno Statue Fate & Future & Recommendations:
Many keep thinking the Statue will return and maybe so, but the Leadership knows that will cause more harm into the future. Society will no longer accept past mistakes being honorable in Children Abuse. Even though it has been 5 Years Penn State Leadership can pacify the current hassles of Former Players Alumni losing their own commemorations when the Statue came down. There is talk that Penn State can Honor all Former Players that had nothing to do with the Penn State Football Scandal. The other Compromises can include some of these too below in some form, but it is safe bet now more Allegations and the future will be towards honoring Victims not the Head Coach.
Private Paterno Museum Off Campus:
Private Museum funded by Alumni, Family, and Friends of Paterno but not on Campus. Lee Liberace once planned his Museum lasting into posterity. Yet, in the last 40 years, new generations have forgotten his music. Since most cannot hear anymore and simply do not care or know about him and they closed it. The same fate will happen to Paterno Accomplishments no matter what anyone does to try and make the Public remember Joe. When one is young some people think setting up a legacy is what is important so people remember what you did.
However, as death approaches one starts to see many of those accomplishments are Empires of Dirt! It is the Paterno Family and their close friends and Alumnus that knew Joe that want him remembered with respect and recognition, even more important that Joe ever wanted. However, when children end up with nightmares over a Scandal that could have been stopped earlier. It hard for Paterno's and Friends to repair, regain, or resurrect an image that is saying, Victim's are lying or can't prove what happen to them? Dead Men Can't Win That Fight And Can't Write Their Own History. The Paterno Family have to accept that Victim's will be remembered in time and what happen to them, more than Joe's Accomplishments. This is the dilemma Penn State has to address too. Victim's voices will be growing and remain far louder than Paterno's silence that continues to be buried. Older Alumni sweet memories of winning are still there in their minds, but are already damaged from PAterno's silence during the scandal. Recapturing Paterno's Greatness is gone now and can't be reversed by Family or Friends! I am not saying it is fair or unfair, just reality of what Penn State & Fans have to accept and deal with no matter how much they think they accuse Victim's are lying? The Court of Public Opinion is in and Verdicts over, no Lawsuit can reverse it either, just give comfort to the family and friends that will fade over time too.
All Coaching Statues Outside Stadium Park:
Penn State can build Statues or a New Mural like other Schools for all Coaches at one location together. This will include Hugo Bezdek years (1918–1929), Bob Higgins years (1930–1948), Joe Bedenk (1949), Rip Engle years (1950–1965), Joe Paterno (1966–2011), Bill O'Brien (2012–2013), James Franklin (2014–present)? There will be no accolades just many Penn State Coaches names and dates and no specifics. All Coaches can be honored while the Alumni can still see Paterno among them. As the general public accepts he was coach too, but without honor due to the scandal happening under his era of winning and errors in not protecting children Victims being too busy to in Winning Games?
Patee Library Passing Time Limitations:
The Patee Library will evolve as all Libraries are doing now on a more abstract level becoming another Academic Building. All Libraries are transforming as High Tech removes books and Documents into electronic impulses research. Libraries are now just repository of information of books, CDs, DVDs, journals and everything in between. Libraries over time will no longer even have to be a physical entity either and will be used for other purposes. It will make some Alumni happy for a while. It will eventually be changed or demolish at some point in time as well. Like all campuses change over time in this educational adaptability is coming that won't require many students to be on campus?
Pitt & Nebraska Dealt With Re-branding Issues But Not Scandals:
It is kind of like what happen when Pederson came to Pitt and later at Nebraska. Whereby Pederson foster divisions, debates and led to his eventual ouster at both places. Pederson believed in New Branding and Logos and removing Old Traditions in favor of his own ego driven outside expensive consultants. The Pitt Script was first to go and upset current and older Alumni but younger students fans did not care that much. Nebraska Alumni Players got upset when All Americans Picture were replace by current Players, that inspire no one on those Teams. Yet, Pederson was eyeing the future not caring about the past. He got booted and replaced at both places and NUs Pictures and Pitt Script returned after Pederson's costly removals. Now Pederson's own Legacy is ashes except in his own mind and Southy's too?

Penn State has the same divisions but with much more image disdain. Penn State has the past Football Scandal with future implication on Human Values in trying to protect children with their Penn state Program 2012 Reforms. While insisting the world recognize Penn State’s Paterno Football Programs Era Scandal ridden past that required such Reforms? Both can’t be accomplished as time puts both at odds, as the Older Alumni demand it upon a younger Alumni that want to forget about it and move on into a brighter future.

What Penn State has to deal with is one cannot just resurrect and re-brand Paterno’s Image anymore in the face of the Victim’s Allegations that will grow bigger over the next 50 years as Paterno’s dwindles away. They are at opposites ends of all dichotomies’ today and never will return. Even if Penn State decides to try and do it, the world societal values won’t accept anymore or ever, and younger Alumni just want to forget it as they could care less about it more very day. The Statue like most Statues will eventually be removed to another location at some point in long gone time. Especially, after the entire scandal and Books, Movies, and Documentaries tarnish Paterno’s Accomplishment of Autumn even worse than air and rain and corrodes the Statue and Scandal too?
Success But Far Less Honor:
In a strange way, Paterno Legacy is a mixture of Success but with far less Honor, and Paterno's Grand Experiment 1966-2011 failed in view of the Penn State 2012 Reforms to correct his own judgement and errors, as well requiring Penn State to chnage Penn State's Wayward Culture of Football, no longer acceptable in a modern societal values of today and into the future?
The Older Penn State Alumni Memories of the carefully constructed Firebrand Image of Joseph Vincent Paterno's Winning is now burnt up like a Dumpster Fire under Public Ridicule and never coming back at least publicly. The Paterno Legacy is gone and is just a smoky odor that will go away over time, and no one can bring it back or Re-Brand it, and soon even Penn Staters will be glad it is forgotten.
