This is a very good and deep unit. We lose arguably our two best defensive linemen and replacements step it up. Danielson is standing out as is Alexander.

Really the whole unit has been impressive again
Mathis played out of his mind today. Very impressed. Also all the freshmen playing too and looking good to be honest. Danielson, Brima, the guy from Italy, we played a lot of guys today. Good job by the staff
Had to look twice at the play Danielson made... the bum rush that pushed the OU center back into his QB was impressive.
Johnson has been an terrific player so far and great grad transfer pick up. Griffin-Stewart had two more drops ( one was unbelievably bad), but on balance he was OK.
Was that first PI call against Mathis? That was one of the worst PI calls I’ve ever seen. There was a little bit of hand-fighting but it looked like text book coverage to me.
Are you talking about the one Mathis pulled the jersey off the Ohio receiver's shoulder pads? Easy call for the refs.
The defense is playing well. They are swarming to the ball and gang tackling. The scheme is generating a lot of pressure on the QBs as well.
