We will be mixed in with teams much like us. Flawed in several ways resulting in inconsistancies.

This means anyone we play can be exploited and beaten. Unfortunately the opposite will also be true. Therefore neither a quick loss nor a decent run should come as a surprise to anybody

That's what it seems like now, they have REALLY tanked the last 4 games, I hope they can at least win a single game to get to 20! I have very little confidence right now. When's the opening day games for the NIT?

NIT Rule Change experiment...

"Friday the NCAA announced that two experimental rules will be used during this year's Postseason NIT, with the shot clock change being one of them. Also of note is the decision to move the restricted area arc under the basket out by a foot (four feet as opposed to three), with the going being to determine whether or not the number of collisions (block/charge situations) around the basket decrease as a result."

Bleacher Report has Pitt as a #3 seed in the NIT, playing UTEP in round 1, then the winner of GW/Yale in round 2 if they advance, that would be at The Pete. I'd like to see them win at least a couple games, although I'm not confident.

I'm sure to the handful of people across the country who tune in...

it will be. I say that as one of those people.

Just like the BBVA Compass Bowl, this is one of those sports events where 90% of the viewers are fans of the specific teams playing and the other 10% don't have a life
