you are late to the thread but there is one specific group that is actively, passionately fighting to be in and around children... there is an obvious reason for that.
Are we in disagreement that most priests are gay and weird, which is a bad combination to be around kids?
Evangelical pastors can marry so there aren't as many gay pastors as priests but they are still weird AF. Wouldn't want my kids spending time with any pastor. Again, back to the original point, any adult who chooses to spend time with children and doesn't have his or her own kid as part of this group is weird.
So I went to Gannon, which is Catholic. So when all of the exposed priest lists came out, I immediately searched for one specific name because the running joke then was "you know how to get an A in Father Schanz's class". And sure enough, his name was on the list. As one was one other priest who I had for Organic Chemistry which was surprising, but it happened in a diocese far away from Erie.
The "90%" thing is wrong. It is probably more likely 10%. But if there are 10,000 priests that is 1000 perps. That's alot. Like I always say with Muslims, you can say "not all Muslims are radical" but there are like 3.5 BILLION Muslims and if it is only 10-15%, that is more than the entire population of the US.
I do think there is a high concentration of pedophiles amongst teachers of elementary and kindergartens.
The teachers were bullying, if not terrorizing, the students. Treat those teachers accordingly

As a devout Christian and practicing Catholic it’s the reason I no longer support the broader Catholic Church. Well that and Catholic charities involvement in the illegal invasion at the border
I only support the local church and local charities. Large mega churches tend to lose their way like all larger organizations and become corrupted

i knew a few people who went to undergrad at St Vincent College in latrobe and they said that a very large majority of the males are openly gay there. Like well over 1/2. i always thought that a bit odd..
