Last week I ran 8.5 on treadmill for 6 miles, 9.0 for 2 and 9.5 for 1 mile.

Running outside vs a treadmill is no comparison. I do think it’s better then nothing though. It’s like in rocky 4 training montage.
I used to go to a gym that had a spin class. It was actually fun. Beats the heck out of a treadmill.Basic cardio is all I do as well, usually spin bike or elliptical.. running those 70-90 mile weeks and years of hoops.. killer.

If I am breathing heavy for 30+ minutes, I consider it a workout. My goal is to be less fat, I’m not training for the Olympics.
