I do know, I just personally find it odd watching guys train. Kinda like those douches in the gym that take selfies while they are lifting but hey, that's just me
 
hes fast for sure. the clip doesnt tell much because it doesn't provide much contextually.
 
It’s a thing people who are to lazy to run outdoors use and pass it off as exercise.

I was never a fan of the treadmill.. outside is the only way to go if training..

Mack was motoring for sure.. if I were to notch it up for 100 meters I'd pull a hammy.

I agree. I do it in winter and when I am not up to doing it outside (hungover, sore, tired). Basic cardio, I’m talking about.

Running outside vs a treadmill is no comparison. I do think it’s better then nothing though. It’s like in rocky 4 training montage.

Basic cardio is all I do as well, usually spin bike or elliptical.. running those 70-90 mile weeks and years of hoops.. killer.

I used to go to a gym that had a spin class. It was actually fun. Beats the heck out of a treadmill.

If I am breathing heavy for 30+ minutes, I consider it a workout. My goal is to be less fat, I’m not training for the Olympics.

As you know, we gotta get out of the comfort zone. Me, I just want to be fit and keep up with my little guy.
