I said it then and I’ll say it again. Stay away from any coach who is a career Big 10 coach of any kind. Too slow on both defense and offense. OSU and PSU HC’s are from the SEC. PN is sooooo over his head it is beyond sad. Why don’t you think all the new hires by Heather have come from the ACC. She at least gets knowing your competition. And by all means hire a HC who has the experience and isn’t trying to learn on the job.
