San Diego St., a team that went 10-2 and finished 10th in rushing yards in the nation, ran for 101 yards against Penn State. Those are two teams that will run a similar attack that Pitt will. My point isn't that we will not be able to run. It's that we will definitely need to be able to mix in some pass in order to run like the 1994 Nebraska Cornhuskers like you think

When the "big hopes" are an undersized RSFR DE who was moved to DT, and a couple of JUCOs - one of whom is more "under the radar" than your typical walk-on from Penns Valley High School, and the other is probably a long shot to even qualify to suit up.....that is a "talent problem" defined"

They would know better than I would but reading that thread and looking at which teams offered their kids compared to Moody, Soto, Taleni, and Jarrett makes me feel more worried about our DT spot unless we think Camp and Watts are coming in and being Aaron Donald out of the gate

Pitt has the best offensive line in the ACC, and the 2nd best RB's in the ACC.
Pitt has the the 4th best defensive line and linebackers in the ACC.

And Penn State has the worst defensive line in the Big Ten.

And Vegas has Pitt favored by 9.
