Sometimes I wonder how people feel when they turn out to be wrong a month after they threw a fit like a toddler.
Nice to see posts like this surface again. North division champs. defense playing much better. guaranteed 3 seed. Not much criticism lately. And some posters chomping at the bit for the Steelers to lose again.
Well they won thanks to # 84's Brown's quick thinking and extra effort. We got lucky which is good but lucky isn't a great game plan!
Not a great defensive game until late. Late is better than never.
I still think Tomlin is an underachiever but its great we're moving on!

Lucky is getting 30 free yards handed to us to steal a wildcard game. The Ravens game was skill, talent, and Pittsburgh Steeler football, not luck.
Tomlin became the 8th coach in NFL history to win 100 games within their first 10 seasons, something Noll (God Bless him) and Cowher couldn't say. Tomlin is a very good coach and I wouldn't want this team being led by anyone else. Instead of bashing him we should rally behind him and this team, who after next week are 3 games away from the Super Bowl.
To be fair to Noll he took over a crap franchise and turned them dominant in short order. They also only played 14 games his first 9 years (though he still wouldn't have gotten to 100 had he won all 18 extra games).
Cowher took over a down team and turned them into AFC Champs in four years.
Tomlin took over a good team coming off a Super Bowl win 2 years prior and won it all in his second year, and got back a few years later.
If Cowher had an equivalent to Ben throughout his tenure, he'd have at least two more rings I believe.

If we had lost to the Ravens we were out of the playoffs that's not a championship team.
Tomlin looks like he's a deer in the headlights until the Steelers win and at that time he jumps up and down for a while?
The Tomlin hate is sort of crazy I think. He is a little wild with decisions and the 2 pt thing is good in theory but failed this year. But he is a great leader. The clock management is in order now.

The hate towards him is more off the field than on. Pretty big sh**head to say the least.
I don't get why do people criticize Ben he's wasting his prime time playing NO D steelers Tomlin football!But I do understand why they fault Tomlin look at the Steeler performance lately 10-5 a loss to the Ravens puts them out of the playoffs!
