I found a ticket site which, at least based on the tickets I looked at, is considerably cheaper than Stub Hub. And, their tickets are delivered electronically.
It is rateyourseats.com. It has photos and ratings for all tickets and information such as how many seats in a row and how many rows a seat is from the tunnels.
For example, on Stub Hub, two tickets in row 13, Club 343, which is on the Pitt side, are $352.49 each.
On this site, two tickets in row 7, Club 343 are for sale for $258 each. That’s almost $200 cheaper. Caveat: I didn’t check to see what the service charges are.
That was one comparison where I was able to find what are almost identical seats. I only checked the Club and lower levels on the sidelines on the Pitt side, but there were savings in what I would estimate were the vast majority of available tickets.
