Ticket office close today?

Basketball season ticket holder for 25 years. I had problems with my tickets last night. I called the ticket office this morning. The taped Message said the office was open from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. I called at 9:30. These people get a lot of bad Publicity. In most cases, it is well-deserved.

They had to be open at some point because there was a women's game at 11:00.

Out of curiosity what was your issue? I had new seats and before I even got there ushers were asking if I wanted to go to lower level. Just curious because it seems like if you had a ticket you almost could sit wherever you liked.
