Tomlin to Redskins?

Actually. Me too. Man, he would the perfect college HC. Great personality, huge name, relates to the black athletes, still relatively young....he would be a killer recruiter, good motivator and X's and O's aren't as important in college.

I’d argue x and o’s far more important in college.
In pros the difference is in your qb ability to dissect and deliver.
And your defense ability to disrupt the qb reads

Relates to Black Athletes-
Hope he doesn't recruit any white players that wont work. Actually this may be one of his liabilities as the Steelers coach.
As the HC you have to relate to everyone. Lol. F'ing morons on this site.

Good Motivator-
He stands on the sidelines with his arms crossed and rarely says a word to anyone, no notes, noone gives him stuff, hardly looks at a PC, he looks totally detached for the game and team, so if that's a great motivator you fooled me.
Lol!

So trade Mike Tomlin because he’s the problem with the Steelers, not the players who are paid to execute the game plan, the man planning it out... noted. Must have been a heck of a fall he suffered to knock all that football knowledge out of him so quickly. I can’t think of many “bad coaches” that have won Super Bowls.
So isn't the game plan itself ever wrong? Maybe it isn't being executed and the players are failing to execute, because the coaches plan is bad, not putting the players talents to proper use, and not putting them in position to succeed? This is what makes me laugh, the players are always wrong for not executing , but nobody looks at what they where asked to do and how? LMFAO.

The one thing that is all reports state Tomlin will have complete control and power to run the organization in his image.

All I have to say to that is....

Hahahahaha. You think the Redskins are a joke now, give Tomlin that control and you will see a dumpster fire.

What has Tomlin done once Cowers guys left? A whole lot of underachieving and 1st round draft bust is what.

Yup. All those playoff appearances are a huge dumpster fire.

You said it best. Appearances not playoff wins. All that talent, and appearances is all he has. You do realized he had on paper one of the most talented rosters in the NFL over the past few seasons?
