Too many small RBs?

Perhaps playing B. George more at fullback makes a lot of sense. Will it continue?
hoping the re-emergence of Carter can give us that back who can get the tough yard on 3rd and shorts. But if George gets a carry or two, im dropping Alstott comparisons immediately and loving it..

Having a backfield of Dion Lewis and/or Ray Graham didn't hurt us.
dion lewis had Hyno blocking for him though. i think having that back that can consistently get you the 3rd and 2's is beyond huge. That is why i loved Ollison even well before his big senior year. he was so great at moving the chains on 3rd and short. i mean he always seemed to get it, even if he was met at the line by the defense..

Hope Carter can be that guy, or Sibley, i dont care who but someone.

Regardless of their actual weights, none of the backs by committee vs AP met my “eye test” for being able to dependably be counted on to move the chains in 3rd or 4th and short situations. Just a perception, however, and may be a false one.
