Can anyone help? I've been a member for a few years now and just have some other bills to pay now so I am trying to cancel my membership before I get billed next week. I've been calling Yahoo for about 3 days now and the first day it said I was calling outside of office hours (I wasn't) and the last two days the number says that the phone system is under maintenance. FOR 2 days!! I've read some really bad reviews online about trying to cancel. Has anyone done this before? Chris can you offer help? I'm told it has to be done by phone and if I get charged then there is no way to get my money back...
