UCLA-Gonzaga

Zags shooting 60%+... I think they missed a few but a few hung on the rim and fell in for them. UCLA shooting 58% I think... Hard to believe they'll keep that up. Expect the Zags to pull away.

I hope not. It's a good game.

Big call coming up. If they call a hook and hold on UCLA, then Gonzaga could widen this lead quickly.

Yeah, I think he would have called a timeout if they crossed half court a little sooner.

Baylor is probably loving this game going into OT, after they coasted in their game. UCLA has taken so many mid-range shots, which are seemingly frowned upon nowadays, but they've made a ton of them.

Their best player driving to the rim is hardly wasted

May have been a charge but can’t believe they actually called it
IMO it was wasted in the sense that they nonchalantly brought the ball up the floor and had to rush a shot with little direction (no motion, screens, etc). It seemed like he kept glancing over to Cronin for instruction but got none other than to advance the ball. I would’ve liked their chances better if they ran something out of the timeout, perhaps for the same player.

No way Timme would be able to do this against defensive standout Karim Coulibaly.

Reactions: TWPitt
Such a key sequence there. If Campbell takes it at Timme right there instead of dishing they probably foul Timme out.

Just not that troll coach. ;)

I used to feel much the same way about Cronin that you do, for many of the same reasons you do. But he's grown on me.

I really liked his comments about Pitt after they beat us in the 13-14 season. Pure respect for Pitt and Dixon at the time.
