I'd love to know just how Texas is in this tournament.

20-13. 8-10 in the Big XII. They beat West Virginia at home. Baylor at home. They lost every single marquee road game this season. They twice lost four games in a row.

What am I missing??

ok state, Indiana, ucla-were dicey but only temple and Colorado state appear to have been screwed. some bad teams.

I thought Miami was more deserving than many teams that got in

A lot of teams that got in, don't deserve to be in. Texas and Ok.State are just 2 of them. But this is the nature of this tournament. Until it's fixed, this is what we have. At best, a very faulty method to determine a champion. Although it is fun to watch. And at least it's better than what we have for football.

The committee can scream until they are blue in the face that conference affiliations don't matter, but Wyoming took Colorado States bid, it's as simple as that and everyone knows it.
