According to the box score, no Member-Meneh against SC. Injury? Nothing but admiration for this team, Coach Fisher, and his staff. A long season ahead but a great start to building our tournament resume..

Great opening weekend. And Fish is using tons of combinations and using about 12 players. This is going to be a fun ride.

Fish did a great job with his substitutions. Lots of weapons on this team. There was one stretch in the 3rd set when Lexi set up 3 different hitters for kills on three consecutive points. That’s tough to defend.

Popovic transferred to Iowa State. She started last season at Libero and got knocked out of the starting spot by Browske. Sadie Dick also transfered to Brock University in Ontario.

Don't think she's injured - seems like they just rode Valeria's hot hand after she did so well against Washington State.

I watched a bit of the Souf Carolina-Pitt game a few days ago on demand on ESPN+. Really impressed by the scrap of the team. They had an obvious talent advantage, but Pitt was more talented AND scrappier than SC, which had to be disheartening. When the front row is Ndee-Gray-Lund, that is truly top tier and is right up there with Texas's top 3 (I watched a bit of them and Minnesota last night).
