But we were probably 2 plays from beating both Virginia and Clemson. Holstein has had 2 concussions and what looks like a broken leg. There is no O line left. WRs started dropping passes left and right.

If Eli stays healthy, I think he finds a consistent level, even if there was still some regression.

So bad football today certainly - but there were a lot of factors that weren’t there before the VA game.

Has there ever been any 7-0 team that finished 7-6? We should hang a banner for that because that's nearly impossible. But its what week said all season. We were a 2-5 or 3-4 type team that made some plays when it mattered and got some lucky breaks to be 7-0. Narduzzi is lucky AF this wasn't another 3-9 season because we weren't far from that. Maybe he can accomplish that next season.
