What record next year gets Pat fired next year assuming 6-6 this year

Narduzzi isn't getting fired and nor should he. He just orchestrated an 11 win season that featured an offense that had two first round picks. Narduzzi has shown that when he is wrong with hires he isn't afraid to move on. For the most part he has done a good job in picking OCs and building a decent staff.

I know that everyone here is disappointed in what we've seen, especially after the Tennessee game. I expect Borbs and Cignetti to get shown the door and a full reset take place on the offensive side of the football. We are in a decent spot regarding NIL and have an elite 11 QB coming in.

I don’t think he should be fired after this year, but if he allows cignetti to stay around pat should pay with his job

PN makes 5 a year for being a very avg to poor , lazy recruiter. For people to accept mediocrity is quite disgusting, I would spend my time elsewhere for being told to accept 6 6 from a coach who does nothing but run off good help and let’s his ego ruin his ability

There's no record that will get Duzz fired after next year unless it's paired with an open and terrible scandal. Now several years of sucking, that's a different matter.

I don’t know. If he keeps cignetti around and tanks next year he almost has to be fired…or perhaps Luke gets fired too at that point.

You realize there's more to it than game day atmosphere, right? Like, the fans aren't solely responsible for the recruiting. I'm not sure if you realize that.
