i think his true level is maybe down in the sun belt/mac type or FCS. he's just so off on attention to detail, recruiting, hiring staff, half time adjustments, execution of plays, etc.
just so many holes. i really don't think p5 HC is his level.
i'm not advocating for firing him today. he still has a year or two but i just don't see that he's here in 5 years, or anywhere similar.
