Anyone who has heard anything knows Jason does not work hard and he clearly has the position due to nepotism. Brown & O’Toole have plenty of flaws but at least they take the job serious and work hard. With that being said hard work is not enough and I would be happy to see major changes to this staff. We know that most likely won’t happen but hopefully at least one will be replaced. Jason is our so called shooting coach lol.
As I have said before the ideal staff is 2 young hungry and relentless recruiters who know getting players will advance their careers. And a vet who is strong with X’s and O’s which is major weakness of JC. Player development is also a must as we lack basketball skills and fundamentals in the worst way.
