Any coach who will coach strong smothering defense and excellent rebounding. You can't compete with Duke and UNC effectively with the lesser talent you will always be stuck with at Pitt if you don't out defense and out grit them (for e.g. See UVA as the way to go). Otherwise your ACC ceiling will always be middle of the pack.
