What is the best educated guess as to how long it will be before it is fully tested, approved, and manufactured to the point it would be available to the general public.
The time period isn't going to be weeks or even a few months. If all resources are put into this to get it fast tracked what does the board say?
My guess is with luck early next year. May be available to already infected people and the elderly a bit sooner.
