Wow Bob Smizik casting doubt on the truth of these depositions, unbelievable!!

But they aren't kids now. There are certainly accuser cases where the facts you can line up (beyond he said, he said) are just flat out wrong. That doesn't mean something wasn't confused for some, but there are cases where the whole lynch pin is just completely factually wrong. Like saying X was an eye witness when they weren't at PSU at the time.

The end all is that you are debating whether there were 100 legitimate and on the record victims or 120 or whatever the numbers may be. It is important for some because of how they could get pulled into it and for PSU there is very little reason to fight and investigate just some of the cases, rather than just settle. Now their insurance company is not happy with that decision, so it is potentially coming back to bite them even worse.

Absolutely. There is no doubt PSU had liability. There are also some serious questions about some of the accusations. The latter does not come close to absolving Sandusky, Paterno, Spanier, PSU, etc. Some people just have a fundamental lack of understanding of this and similar proceedings.

No one here ever claimed McQueary lied. I certainly didn't. Are you high?
If McQueary didn't lie then Bradley did and the whole denial defense crumbles. And plenty have said he did lie.
