They have 2 weeks if they’re signing early. But, you’re right. If some of them hold off, it could be that they’re sniffing elsewhere, or waiting to see who we hire.

If I were an offensive recruit, I would want to know who the new OC is before I signed on the dotted line.

Making visits might aid in having fallbacks in case I didn't like the new OC for some reason.
