In previous games at the Pete, like the USC game in 2023, there were ~3500 in attendance with general admission tickets. If I get a seat within the two baselines, I stay there. If I start out sitting low in the corner, I end up moving around, trying to find a view I like. The ends are interesting, but probably not for a whole game. Personally, I would go higher to sit within the baselines.
I think my seat in the Fitz is one of the best. Second row on the aisle, close to the 10' line. If I were closer to the middle (while still in second row) the up ref blocks the view of the net play.
